Technical Support

Wholesale Gate Automation delivers high-quality phone support to assist with installation, commissioning, and fault-finding.

Our technical support team is available during office hours, and we understand that when help is needed, it’s often urgent. That’s why we aim to provide answers while the technician, installer, or user is still on-site at the gate motor. If an onsite service is required, we can also recommend a trusted local gate technician.

Product Training

We proudly offer complimentary product training using our specialised training and demonstration trailer, fully equipped with sliding gates, swing gates, and traffic barriers/boom gates. This hands-on training provides practical demonstrations and technical guidance at our customers’ premises. Contact Wholesale Gate Automation to arrange a training session tailored to your needs.

Repairs & Servicing

Our in-house service department can repair most CENTSYS gate motors and carries a wide range of spare parts in stock. Most repairs are completed within 1 to 3 business days once the unit is received by Wholesale Gate Automation.
